We are looking for an experienced Chef to join our Head Chef, Stephen Vaughan, in creating great banquet meals. If you enjoy a fast-paced environment, and working with a great team, we would love to talk to you!
Victoria Park East Golf Club has a banquet hall for golf tournaments, weddings, banquets and business meetings. Victoria Park Valley is open seasonally, and services golf tournaments and banquets.
Candidates for this position must have a minimum 2 years experience, and have a valid driver’s license. Full time hours from May through to December, part time hours January to April.
Salary is negotiable, based on experience.

Job Duties:
  • Prepare, season and cook food as directed, meeting dietary requirements where required
  • Follow recipes and presentation specifications
  • Operate standard kitchen equipment safely and efficiently
  • Clean and maintain station in practicing good safety and sanitation
  • Adhere to all sanitation and food production codes
