Our facility is open for meetings & conferences year-round, and we have several options available for groups of up to 150 people. Contact Victoria Park East for more information or to make a booking.
Accessibility: we do have a ramp from the ground floor into the building, and from that entrance to the 2nd floor Banqueting area. We do not have fully accessible washrooms.

Meetings & Conferences – Room Rental Prices 2025

Our Banquet Hall rental includes: furnishing & table linens, use of flip chart, WiFi, PA system in main hall, water jugs on tables. Ask us about AV & Audio Equipment rental pricing—or download our brochure below.

Hall rental prices below are for bookings from Monday to Friday, plus HST:

  • Main Hall “The Fairways Room”
    • up to 60 people, $350.00
    • 61-100 people, $425.00
    • 101-150 people, $550.00
  • “The Victoria Room”
    • 40 people or less, $225.00
