Statement from Victoria Park Golf Club:
May 13, 2020: The Ontario Government will announce on Thursday May 14 the next wave of businesses that will be permitted to open. We do anticipate that golf courses will be included on this list, but we will need to be given an actual date, as well as any COVID protocols that are different and specific to golf operations. AS soon as we have that information, we will determine our Opening strategies and procedures, and update our website. We will continue to have minimal staff on hand at the East Course office during regular business hours to answer the phone (519-821-2211) and reply to email, however the building is closed to the public.
We understand the severity of the situation, and appreciate the cooperation of our customers and associates.

I would be nice to get an alert email, that at least the driving course is open, even though the golf course isn’t. I still have tokens left over from last year in my car and in my account.

Daniela and I can’t wait to begn the 2020 season as full members once again and drive all the great staff at Valley crazy. I’m hopeful the first full week of opening will give preference to the full member’s @ Valley for tee times ahead of the general public to launch the new exciting season of Golf with you folks.

Daniela is planning that week off if we can get on each day for a round of 18. We will be checking the sight daily for updates but any comments to the above would be truly much appreciated to help us plan according.

    All the best ,

    Steve & Daniela Kelly.

Hi Stephen, thanks for the comment. Much will depend on the opening protocols that the government will impose. As soon as we have that information, we will figure out what to do. Stay tuned!

Any thoughts about using a gadget like pin caddy to remove ball from hole with out using you hands or touching the flag?

Hi Tony, we will be using an insert that let’s the ball drop part way into the hole, and is easily moved out of the hole with your putter.
