Chef Stephen is putting together a classic New Years Eve Dinner to remember! You’ll have a choice of delicious entrée options that will satisfy the taste buds of all the members in your family or group of friends.
Pick up Saturday December 31 at Victoria Park East Golf Club, 1096 Victoria Rd. S., at the main Banquet entrance, 10:00 am – 1:00 pm.
A great variety of entrées:
Ontario Ribeye Steak with a Mushroom Pancetta Wine Sauce; or
Prosciutto-Wrapped Supreme of Chicken Dressed with Dates, Goat Cheese, Shallots, and a White Wine Thyme Sauce; or
Confit of Duck dressed with Cointreau Orange Sauce; or
Osso Bucco Milanese with Gremolata.
All entrées are accompanied by:
Mixed Green Salad with Roasted Pears, Candied Pecans, and Asiago Cheese in a Blood Orange Vinaigrette
Dauphinoise Potatoes, Fine French Beans Almondine,
and Honey Roasted Carrots
Choose a Dessert:
Vanilla Cheesecake Tart with Mint Raspberry Coulis; or
Tiramisu with Amaretto Espresso Cream.

If you need dinners packed for separate households please specify in Special Instructions, or let us know when you order.
